I think you have a good start. the console could use some love, decor-wise.

you just need some more items to complete the look.

I don't think the two mirrors stacked is a good option.

do you have to use both of them together? what if you did one there, with more styling around the console, and one around the corner on the wall behind the sofa?

for the actual styling of the console, I think you need something like shown here, along w/the baskets beneath, and some items on sides of the console.

Notice how all of these are styled on top. you need a balance of tall items, maybe some art instead of the mirrors, or just do one round mirror.

While I like the light fixture, it seems a little too delicate for this entry - something more robust maybe.

Edit to add: in the room past the entry, I think the sofa would look better facing the fireplace and TV, rather than awkwardly intersecting with the entry.

Nice to see a mock-up. It could be heaviness of dark doors - contrasts too much, too differently with little spheres. You didn't ask-- but do you like the doors as they are... seem fine, but they seem rustic finish, not modern like the lights are.

No door hardware yet, or is it black?

If the doors are dark brown, and "loom" large... possibly could a 'lightweight' canvas art, tall and rectangular, work there?

The entry has no place to put a coat. If you live in a warm climate and don't own coats----what about umbrellas?

Furniture/art vignettes are balanced better when the art or mirror are no wider than 75% of the furniture below.

While I would prefer art or a large curvy mirror over that table, I like what you have, but for all the symmetry and square lines. A rug will soften it some but I think you need some curves. Maybe a small curvy lamp like shown in some of Beth's pics, as well as some rounded large baskets under the table like shown in her pictures. Nothing too structured but a bit organic looking. Or a round stool.

Love your chandelier. I'll bet it looks magical at night.

Thanks everyone! We have two chairs ordered like the ones shown. We also know we need more on and around the console, but want to bring more height to the space. What about wall molding?

Also, the kitchen is behind the great room and windows to the woods on the wall directly across from entry that is why the sofa is placed where it is!
