So after 6-7 years these seedlings have decided to bloom. I didn't realize the were a dwarf variety and just figured they grew very very slowly. I doh't know if this is typical, but the plants that grew squatty with multiple growths produced red flowers while the ones that grew tall produced white flowers - something else I didn't know -- guess there was a lot I didn't know lol
