Sliding Door Sizing Issue

We have a set of floor to ceiling windows overlooking our deck we want to switch out to a sliding door. The issue is, the rough opening is only 68 inches - too small for the standard 72” and too large for the 60”. The window is surrounding by lower wainscoting so framing in a 60 inch would look weird. Any ideas?

You seem to mention only the width (68"). What is the height? If you have a standard height, it should not (as mentioned earlier) be an issue to get a custom door. I would check the clearance of a 60" wide door. It is somewhere around 22"+/- which is usually problematic.
