My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would this house be suitable in Floridas climate? Was was the price or price per sq ft for this home and are blue prints available?

    Yes insulated, various methods including flash and batt. Likely would do other than black/dark roof so color scheme change and possibly reflective coating at least for roof. Plans available. Email Jeff@stebnitzbuilders.com
