My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Product Details. Top Cast is a water-based, top-surface retarder which does not require covering with plastic for protection. It is available in 11 depths of etch, each one color and number coded for safety and convenience. Ideal for cast-in-place flatwork and the top surface of precast concrete panels.
