My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The faucet is Rohl from the Country Kitchen Collection. It's looks like the polished nickel. Has a champagne hue to it.. It's beautiful. But, also nice in polished chrome and less expensive.

    I never thought I would pay that much for a faucet. My rationalization was that I am at the kitchen sink all throughout the day, and I will use it more than anything else in the house.
