Question about burning petals

Mischievous Magpie (CO 5b)

My baby Laguna (1 year old own root, planted as a band) gets burned petals during every flush, even on days that aren't crazy hot, even when well watered. Is this something that the plant will eventually grow out of with maturity, or should I move it to a shadier area?

I think it will grow out of that, Magpie. Newflora near me a few years ago had this rose in full sun doing well. Of course, if it is altitude I don't know.

Thank you, I guess I will leave it alone then and see. I snapped this photo today of some freshly opened flowers, not yet burned.
