Bare walls (residential) need help ASAP!!!

This is a residential, well lighted space; I have a big painting I want to put on the longest bare wall (3rd photo I think) but don’t know what to do with the rest of the space that isn’t utilised. I also want to replace the fan with a chandelier. I’m open to wallpaper, paint, panelling suggestions or whatever would look nice.
I’d really appreciate any help.
