Are there screws in the sink cabinet into the drawer base (maybe hidden by the sink?)

@HALLETT & Co. No, I’ve removed the screws that went into the cabinet and looked up and under the sink and don't see any others.

Did you look for screws behind the drawer glides?

I didn't look. It made sense to me that the cabinet was made and then installed on the wall. And that if the screws on the drawer glides didn't go through the outside wall, they wouldn't go through the inside wall. @cat_ky Have you seen hidden screws behind drawer glides in other kitchens?

The counter is probably also glued to the cabinet.

Look underneath as well or into the toe kick support base from inside the floor. Behind the sink as in the sink needs to be removed. It could have been screwed from the sink side. Normally they screw cabinets together from both sides.

Leave the cabinet in place please. Using a mult-tool, I'd hack the rails, bottom, and toe kick until I got my 24" for the dishwasher.

I think joseph corlett is right. You are better off to use that cab to house the dishwasher. Painful to lose those three drawers, but likely worth it to replace/rebuild them completely in another area and rig the body of that cab where it is for the DW.
