IMO anytime the garage is front and center it needs to be awesome so new garage doors with windows and in a nice wood maybe the same darker wood for the gables and a new front door to match. I do not like entry walks to be from the driveway so anice walkway from the street would give more useable space for nice welcoming and colorful landscaping
