Why not a nice lower type dresser with a piece of art above it where the lego table is now or a small wardrobe since it does not look like you have a closet in the space for guests .I love the rug BTW I do not love teal very often I do like the blue in the rug though so maybe that color just cut 25% oould work. You reall need at least one lamp and an end table at the end of the sofa I assume this is the pullout.

Patricia Thank you for your feedback! Im curious what you mean as far as cutting 25% of the blue rug color. I do like your ideas though!

Use a teal paint that is tinted 25% lighter than the rug color.

Love the peacock art. Take colors from it for throw pillows on couch. I’m curious about what looks like a wall cut out - open or not? I considered the suggestion to put a low credenza under TV for storage but if the couch is indeed the pullout then with a credenza there if two are sleepingin bed one will need to climb over bed to inside since credenza will block end of bed. It looks like a moveable ottoman there now. agree you need a side table & lamp. Overhead lighting only is awful if you want to read in bed, My vote is a nice chest with drawers not a bedroom dresser but something having some smaller drawers for guest use plus other storage in it for your use. Hang art over it.

Hang the peacock art to the right of the TV and place a chest of drawers below. A round mirror to the right of the cutout would look great and be useful for guests.

Love these ideas. Thank you so much!
