Super excited drywall is now complete! They were out sanding yesterday and don't think they are planning on doing a 4th coat unless I ask/pay them.

Now a mad dash for finish work.

The plan is

Interior: paint, cabinets (as soon as they come in). Once those are done, getting M&E back in for trim. Speaking of trim....lots of this going in. Going to start that work as soon as paint is done in some areas. Also get the tile work going so I can bring the plumber back.

Exterior:

Boxing boxing boxing. I have to start this, this week. Lots of final decisions had to be made and it took way more time than I thought. As soon as that is finished I want it painted and then we will do almost final grade, place driveways, etc.

I've given myself 90 days to finish, well my wife has lets be honest. We'll see.
