I have two similar high, small windows in my bathroom. A thin tension rod and a rod pocket curtain cut to fit works nicely. Sheer or lace or macrame or whatever works for you…even beads! If you want a tight fit, use a tension rod top and bottom.

To Patricia, thank you for that suggestion. I am putting roman shades on the big windows already but I thought those windows were too small for roman shades.

If you do not need them to be covered for privacy then don't.

Roman shades will look really nice plus give you light control for sleeping

If the neighbor has a second story with windows, I would definitely find a way to cover the windows at night.

Drapes SIMPLE CHEAP

Do drapes across the entire wall. It not only gives you privacy, it looks elegant and deliberate. It will definitely make a design statement in the room as well.

Split them in the middle so you can open them for sunlight when you want it.

Wow RedRyder that is a great idea. The ceilings are 10' and drapes will be a bit pricey but I love the suggestion.

Find a fabric that works with that gorgeous knockout bed you have and the master bedroom will be your favorite room. You may luck out and fall in love with something on sale so you don’t have to take out a second mortgage.

I would consider wall-to-wall draperies as one possibility. My second thought would be balloon shades which match the wall color to help those windows disappear. My third thought would be to hang two tall, narrow paintings to hide the windows entirely. I like that idea best.
The little tables next to the bed are too lightweight: I would look for two matching 3-drawer side tables or small chests and place a lamp on one and a vase with flowers on the other. I like some color in every room.

I would go with honeycomb paper blinds on small windows or some frosted film.

Another option to dress them with drapes from ceiling to floor and get lamps under windows.

Some option with black and white or bring some color

And place lamps on the same height getting similar side tables.

OMG Celery! I love the rendering. Someone commented on my sparce side furniture. I used to have the matching ginormous side tables and it was just too much furniture and too dark (and too "match-y"). I do plan to get some height on both sides. My other thought was hanging pendant lights right in front of those windows.

The drapes and better night stands with lamps will do the trick. Glad @Celery gave you some drapery looks.

I would go with lamps instead pendants, you need to fill space under windows.

Some option with bamboo shades and pendants make visually bigger windows.
