re-attaching lazy susan base

I have a lazy susan corner cabinet and the shelf has become detached. It's a no-pole LS, similar to a Super Susan https://superiorcabinets.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/2017_Saskatoon_ADDI_LowRes__0009_Lazy-Susan-Open-1024x684.jpg

The bottom shelf base became detached. The base was attached using staple nails that were installed from the bottom of the base prior to installation. Any ideas on how to re-attach the base?
