IMO too many finishes in a small space and no wood look tile in any place where real wood would not have gone. As for the shower walls IMO a grout as close as possible to the tile color to keep anymore busyness form overtaking the space . I think now a solid green stone for the curb in the same color as the shower walls is the only answer and honestly why a niche that gets gross and who decided making shampoo bottles be a decor item ever

I have to agree with Patricia, you have too many different surfaces. The floor looks really nice. A light gray grout would look good with it. For the shower floor, it is best to use something small scale such as a 1"-2" square or hexagon tile. I suggest gray (match a gray in your floor tile) or a multi-color gray (different shades of gray) in a mosiac would look good. For the shower walls, I would do white to keep it simple. Or if your floor tile comes in different sizes you can always use that on the shower walls. There are many different shapes you could use there, rectangular is classic. For the shower curb top I always use the same surface as is on the vanity top. It's best to have something there which is a solid piece (except at the corners where you will have a joint).

Since you like green, buy green towels, they will look great with gray and white - that's what I did in my master bath which I remodeled last year. I also painted my walls a very pale green. Tile is very permanent and you don't want to replace it more than maybe every 20 years. You can buy new towels and repaint more frequently than that if you get tired of green.

I would not use a gray tile in the shower--not with beige floor tile.

Dark green is unique in that it is both warm and cool. With beige tile & gold trim, you are working with warm colors. There is nowhere for bleak cold gray in that palette.

That floor will not work with your shower. You have a center drain which will require a small-scale tile to pitch toward it. And grooves in a shower floor will be a nightmare to clean and will collect water. This tile is not meant for a shower floor, regardless of what the "customer photo" shows.

I don't know what this tile is but in general I would not expect a gold finish to hold up to routine shower floor cleanings.

I would avoid marble. Because marble is porous and you have to avoid harsh cleaners. Nothing like LimeAway to clean hard water deposits.

Can you post the result of your project? I would love to see how it came together. I usually stick to white and grey but I’m thinking of doing green shower tiles for our basement bathroom renovation.
