The first thing you need to do is declutter. it is hard to choose colors from a computer monitor, but I don’t see much gray in your floors or the counters that will stay. If you will paint your cabinets DIY, it will take A LOT of orep work and patience. A pro job is preferable, but very expensive. What is your budget? It might be worth it to wait until you can do a complete rennovation. Although some might say your tans are ”dated” (I hate that term) the colors work together. I’m afraid what you are proposing will be very expensive and not achieve the updated look you are hoping for. Good luck!

You have some white cabinets in the next room over. Were you planning to match that white?

IMO the counters and the flooring drive all the choices. Wall color last choice to be made always. Take a close up of the counter and post in a commnet here that is what will decide cabinet color for sure . I agree there is no gray in your future from what I can see now. Yes to decluttering for sure IMO storage is an issue in the spac so maybe address first and take all the stuff off the top of the cabinets please .On my monitor the floor and the counter do not work together . I know I am a PITA about lighting but IMO the lighting is the most important first step when choosing colors so I like LED 4000K in almost every space and in yours for sure.

If the countertops and floors are staying, I think Benjamin Moore Simply White is your best bet for the walls, and then I'd look at something like Revere Pewter or Tapestry Beige for the cabinets:

But get larger samples so you can look at them in the context of your kitchen's lighting and existing floor/counters.

I had Pearly white cabinets in my last house. They cast gray at times. Make sure the color works with your lighting and flooring.

Here is my interpretation of your kitchen with the colours you've selected which I find nice.

The ceiling being high, I chose it for the darkest colour.

It is hard work if you're considering a DIY, but it certainly gives a nice update to your kitchen.

I am afraid that Mindful Gray walls would fight with your floor. You might want to go warmer for walls.
