We have used two american made RTA and like both of them! We used Conestoga purchased through Cabinet Joint for our kitchen and found their instruction videos very helpful in assembling the cabinets.

The cabinets are great and look brand new after about 4 years. It was a little shy of 20 k but we did choose white oak and Panels on front and side of peninsula that added to the cost and our cabs are on 4 sides of kitchen.

We used Barker for a bathroom vanity and over the toto and really like it also. The two companies have different methods of cabinet box construction so you might decide which you are most comfortable with.

Price is so variable with features, finishes, and wood type but you can’t go wrong with either of these companies IMO.

Cabinet Joint, referenced above, makes RTA cabinets in Pennsylvania. I believe that is not overseas.

We bought mostly doors and drawers through the Cabinet Joint. DH built cabinets. We spent 5,000, smallish kitchen, shoehorned into a 175 yo house that didn't originally have one. I painted the everything.

I'm currently costing out a kitchen using cabinetjoint. for an 18' galley kitchen with some bells and whistles (all drawers, trash pullout etc) my current quote is $15,000.

There are a lot of American made cabinets that are well priced. Just go talk to your local cabinet maker.
