My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

FOTESS HOSTESSES - Sign Up for 2023!

FOTESS members (only), it's that time of the year again. Please consider signing up to be hostess for one or more months in 2023. Everyone always has excellent ideas.

You don't have to have your theme in mind at this point. It can be simple since we are "simple swaps" so don't stress. Also, as you know, if something comes up another member will be happy to trade months with you or simply fill in.

      Sorry, everyone, I am not recovered enough from my accident to be a good Hostess for January so I removed my name. However, I will post a heading and we can share pictures, information about winter sowing etc.

      Carol, that will be great if you decide you can do it but give it some thought. Some months are quite simple like this one (I had to post something simple because I can't even seem to keep up with my day-to-day life right now) so watch to see what gets posted, the type of games that you can offer for the month (or you can skip that part since you'll be new to this) - I will be happy to help you and I know others will, too.

      Happy Groundhog Day! Apparently Raleigh had an official groundhog but he has retired. All I can say is not a bit of sun here today so he would not have seen his shadow - 3 days in a row of gloom, cool temperatures and rain.
