Extending electrical outlets for backsplash same as countertops…

Countertop / backsplash installers said allow for 3/4” more on all existing outlet boxes.. Had to return a few plastic electrical box risers in exchange for the simple metal risers that fit nicer to our existing boxes.. Leveling before backsplash installer templates. We could raise outlets a hair to compensate for raised flooring but sort off like outlets closer to new countertop height. We are not pros installing cabinets ourselves to save cash…
Been waiting for a bit on new wall oven. Oldies are working fine till new unit shows up.

I prefer receptacles to be installed horizontally, not vertically the way you have it.

Just sharing our slow mo progress.
Was looking for outlet extenders earlier on houzz and couldn’t find any installer photos. Horizontal seems like a nicer option.
By time we are done finding outlets and choose plug styles & cover plates the toaster / juicer will cover up our outlet decisions..

It coukd be too late for you, but you might consider using adjustable depth electrical boxes. Here is one example:
