bathroom renovation

I have a shallow counter extending from the vanity above the toilet. Old toilet is a Kohler and very low tank height (about 21 inches). We need to replace it with one having a toilet tank no higher than 26 inches. Any ideas? Everything local to me is much taller, mostly 28- to 30-inch range. (On a limited budget.)
