Thought about a sit down vanity but I’m not sure I would use it. Ceiling is low but I think vaulting or removing the skylight will be cost prohibitive.

We need meausrements and best if you do a to scale plan with all measurements clearly marked and no items in the space except where the toilet is unless thta can easily be moved too. Use graph paper , post the plan just like you did the other in a comment .
