Marilyn's Dress has an LRV of 75.6 and Tundra is 77, which means it's slightly brighter. I think Marilyn's Dress has a little bit more blue. If you can't tell the difference it probably doesn't matter which one you choose. Regardless of the statistics, the only thing that matters is how it looks in the room you're going to paint. If you haven't already, paint a swatch at least 10 square feet in the same finish you will ultimately use (probably flat) to see how it looks to you over a larger area. Sometimes it helps if you view it next to white and not whatever color the room is currently painted in. I assume you already have bed linens. Does the color go with those and the floor? In case it helps, I have used Paper White before which is similar, but is more gray.

Thank you. I had Behr color Silver Shadow in his room before but found it to dreary and dark so want to lighten it up some. Now we have better lighting in the room so that changes things too.

I have used MD many times and have never seen blue . What else is in the space ? How old is your son ? I cannot imagine a kid asking for gray walls so a bit more info as for comparing those IMO not enough difference to be important. I never care about LRV only about how it looks in the space .Maybe where I used MD there was enough other color that the blue sort of disappered

We used Marilyn's Dress in this space. It's a gray/blue and a nice subtle color.

Patricia- My son has an espresso bed frame and he has white wall shelves. I’m looking for some darker gray color might stands or espresso.

The floors are white oak.

He hasn’t asked for any color. He is 7. :)
