I use 7th Gen free&clear, but not the ultra-concentrated, just the regular stuff in the big jug. It's ok. Not great but not terrible. I keep using it because it has no optical brighteners, which are ubiquitous in laundry detergents. What I hate about the new packing is the stoopid new cap design -- it drips outside the edges and gunks up. But I stick with it because I haven't found anything better without OBs.

I just bought the 7th Gen ultra concentrated. I like the regular stuff, but thought I’d try the ultra. The first time, I put 1 squirt in my top loader dispenser. The laundry seemed fine, clean - though my laundry never gets super dirty. The second time, I added water to the “minimum line” mark because I thought, well, maybe it needed it. Still a good result, nothing left in the dispenser. 💁🏻‍♀️. My machine is a brand new Samsung, FWIW.

Yes Pat. I’m using it right now. Even though the instructions say to use more than Tide F&G, I find it more concentrated and sudsier than the F&G version.

No Tide for me. Absolutely not. I tried one of the ones rec'd on this board that I was assured was free of OBs and my clothes faded. It was obvious. Not sure if was due to the formula itself or they reformulated with OBs, but I don't trust Tide products -- I didn't in the first place but thought I'd keep an open mind since people on the board rec'd, but that experience with obviously faded clothes cemented my mistrust of Tide.
