we have standard stucco not eifs not acrylic.

I think the Omega product would be fine, but you'll have to remove the existing material and figure out the best way to patch the water barrier behind, if there is one. You may need to put some diamond mesh in to give the Omega something to attach to.

Normally I'd assume the electrician works for the GC and they would resolve.

Cancelled electrical outlets - might have been cheaper to complete them if already started.

I worked directly with the electrical team, because this was a renovation and there were a lot of details with imperfect documentation.

The bummer was that the GC and electrician did not cooridinate at all. One of the reasons I selected this electrician was because he was acquianted with my GC and this would hopefully reduce finger pointing!
