Not sure Lamp Shade Fitting

In our recent move, the movers broke the lamp shade of this floor lamp. We threw it out and are now unsure of what the lampshade fitting style was - Uno, Spider...? How can we determine what shade would work best?


I know the shade was very tall and fitting was about 1/4-2/3 of the way down the shade so that it had quite a bit of shade above the bulb. The length of the pole is only 43".
