Not sure what you’re thinking/asking…do you want functional double height draperies on just the green wall—essentially covering the entire wall when closed? What do you want the window treatments to provide…light control, privacy, softness…and on which windows?

I don't want to cover the entire wall. I want texture on the wall with the fabric. Light control would be fine. It's more about how many panels would you do with these windows? Placement suggestions

IMO your room is informal and long panels are formal. The panels will frame the TV which I don't think is a great look. Plus the green wall and the side walls will be overwhelmed by the fabric. I would get a wider TV console. Measure from the outer side of the windows. Maybe remote solar shades that match the wall color on the top windows and shades with fauz roman shades on the lowere windows

You can easily do functioning drapery or stationary panels on the green wall. Functioning would need to be motorized or have a very long wand. Stationary would also be more cost effective as these would be custom. Either would would warm the space up and add some drama. You do not need to include the side windows. I would only 2 panels on the green wall stationary of functioning. If you really want to add in the side windows I would do 1 panel on each of those that draws to the left on the left window and the right on the right window. Again funtioning or not.

Yes the TV console has to go. How do you define long drapes as formal? That's an interesting concept that the room is too informal for them. Don't the drapes define the room? The furniture is all temporary and will change.

You can either have the rod turn the corner and have panels on each rod.

Or you can have separate rods and have a space in the corner

Custom stationary panels do not look like they are stationary if they are done properly :-).

Two story high draperies are tricky…oftentimes, they can look out of scale or overly dramatic whether functioning or decorative. If your main objective is to add texture to the center window wall, I think a light, airy, textured, nonfunctioning drapery that covers the entire wall would give you the texture you want and provide some softness that the room needs. Operable blinds or shades would need to be in all of the upper windows, in addition to the lowers, so “black box” windows at night would not show through the draperies. White would be the easiest color to transition to because you already have white side walls and white blinds. Just need to paint the green wall and get shades for the upper windows.

Correction…meant to say the current off-white color of the side walls/blinds would be the easiest/best color to transition to. Oh…and if privacy/light control is not needed on the side windows, you could remove the blinds from those windows and install them in the two single upper windows on the green wall and leave all of the side windows untreated. That way, only one additional blind would need to be purchased. This could work well given the contemporary architectural style of the room/your home. You could also install the same drapery above the side windows if preferred but I don’t think it would be necessary.

Because the ceilings are so tall I think it would look best to have drapes that break up the wall and soften the room. There are lots of different header styles and fabrics to choose from that would blend with the style of your home. I'd suggest calling the Budget Blinds that closest to you to have them show you fabric and shade options. If you're doing shades a motorized roller shade might be a good option.
