Our kitchen is lighted by two 1990s track light fixtures, in which we have 8 LED bulbs. We've had LED bulbs in them for years, but about 6 months ago changed all of the bulbs to daylight. Suddenly, a couple of days ago, all of the lights stopped working. Then they suddenly came back on. Then, again, they wouldn't turn on. We changed the switch, and in doing so, determined that the switch and both fixtures have live electricity. Also, at some point, we turned on the lights, and some came on, but a few didn't light, one on one fixture, and 2 on the other.

Can anyone help us diagnose the problem, so, if we're able to get an electrician to actually call us back, we can discuss this intelligently?
