Moving kitchen sink

Hi all: im remodeling my kitchen and considering moving my kitchen sink. I want to know if i can move without significant plumbing work (or significant cost!)

right now, sink is placed on what will become a peninsula (pic 1) we took down a wall and now the sink is visible from the great room. I’m thinking it might be nice to hide the mess by moving sink to a less visible area but not if its super expensive. we are buying a new sink (single to double) and putting in new cabinets and countertops regardless. the cost i’m worried about is anything associated with moving plumbing. i’ll attach the current plan and the plan for where it might be moved.

first pic: original layout

second pic: proposed design

**also considering moving sink to dishwasher area in second pic and dishwasher all the way to the left (to enable me to make use of the corner cabinet.)

the wall against which the sink might be moved is a bathroom. the bathroom sink is against that wall.

Any idea if i can do any of these designs with minimal plumbing changes? If so, will design 2 (dishwasher all the way to the left) be more costly then design 1?)

TIA
