Can you share some more photos showing more of the space? It is hard to suggest something when I am not sure of the entire space and how big it is and what it leads to etc. It looks like it is pretty large and round?

It's a good place for a narrow Xmas tree during the holidays.

A vignette with a chest, lamp and vase would work nicely here.

I think we need to know a lot more about your style. I would not put a settee there but maybe post a pic of the piece you like. We are working in the dark I will say I do not like the idea of the very contemporay sculpture next to the saircase . This one of 1000S of google ideas so without any info how can we help?
