Hi and thanks for your comments and suggestions in advance. I have a finished basement which I was comfortable with. It could be better like more seating around the TV, etc...but it worked. Now we have our first grandchild so I am looking to just make it more functional with some additional 'room to play' for the little one as he grows and also keep it a fun adult entertainment area. Not concerned about art work, paint color, etc. at this time...though I am always open to suggestions.

First...yes, my pool table will go ;-( . Second, the only non negotiable is the placement of the entertainment center. My first thought was to take the high top table and chairs and put them where the pool table was. People could see the large screen TV from there as well. Also, the sofa on the East side wall...NOBODY ever sat there...probably because you would be sitting next to a table 2 ft taller than where you are sitting and just feeling removed from the rest of the room. May turn that area into a small living room conversation area, a fake fireplace, cocktail table and a smaller TV. I was also thinking about putting a dart board by the wine cooler/ent. ctr. This seems to leave a nice big open space from a play pen to a hot wheels three wheeler in the center of the room. Other than that, please take it from there. Lots of photos and two floor plans should you want to pencil over one of them.
