Talk about good timing, I received my card today full of wonderful herb seeds. Thank you Melinda, I can’t wait to plant these.

Happy St Patricks Day everyone hope you all had a great day. I spent the day gardening outside my favorite thing to do on any holiday. I tossed corn beef, cabbage and potatoes into the crockpot, just finished watching an Irish documentary that was great. I'm working on the bingo words and random winner for the Limerick/Blessing contest will post in the next 30 minutes. Does anyone do anything or cook anything special for St Paddy's day?

Late here to say Happy St Patricks Day. No gardening here. Been trying to stay inside away from the green/yellow pollen everywhere. I've had a cold or really really bad allergies for the past week. Finally feeling better. Kim, did the same with dinner. Corned beef, onions, carrots, potatoes and cabbage in my Nesco roaster. Only consistant thing I do is either cook or go out for corned beef and cabbage. Wear green if I'm out and about, but didn't apply this year as I wore my PJ's all day.

Ruth, hope you are feeling better. The pollen has not been as bad here this year - rain has helped clear it away.

Corned beef, onions, carrots, potatoes and cabbage here for St. Patrick's Day and also green cupcakes. I love that meal and should make it more often, I keep thinking it doesn't need to be once a year. Even my older granddaughter loved the corned beef. I cook mine in my crock pot most of the time. I decided to make a soup out of the left over vegetables that I cooked and it's quite good. Couldn't add corned beef, we ate every bit of that.

I've been trying to plant a few things in the ground while it's still wet. The "soil" in my yard is the hardest of anywhere I've ever had to dig. I didn't plant many winter sowing jugs but plan to try 5 more today. I usually continue to plant in jugs until the end of March and then it gets to hot to deal with them. At this time of the year a few weeks after the seeds sprout I remove the top of the jug.

Yes, the pollen has been brutal this year, with the weather swings so dramatic it triggers my allergies and migraines. Hope you feel better soon. Looks like everyone has sent their card, waiting for Ann and Shirley to receive their card.

Wonderful looks like everyone has received their cards and seeds. I’ll be sending out seed prizes in the mail tomorrow. No one called bingo yet, I’ll post the last few words tonight whoever calls bingo first tonight wins:) hope I can do a little bit in the yard this evening, will help me destress after today’s work day

Annie finally got your pkg. I bought more seeds to send and saw where you got it.

Very cold here this morning 34 degrees. Missed the bullet no frost but another cold night/morning tonight. I am racing to get all my flower beds weeded and mulched. The Franklin Press contacted me and wants to do an article about my gardens. Wish it had been a little later when something is blooming. She will be here Friday, April 7th. I do have pictures I can give her.

Since no one called Bingo did a random number generator for the seed prize and Carol won, Congratulations sending out the cards today for the 3 prizes. Thank you everyone for a great month. Having garden friends has helped me so much. :)

That's wonderful Shirley when are your flowers in bloom, the iris and day-lilies? I would love to get there sometime.

I have roses, salvia, wild violets and a few late planted daffodils blooming.

Not even any buds on my iris or daylilies yet. I do think I saw some buds on one of my clematis.
