Hello! I am starting to look into some estimates for my condo building to renovate our lobby. It’s a relatively small building ~20 units in the East Village, with no doorman desk, just mailboxes on one wall. Looking to do the walls and floors and light fixtures on a budget. Im wondering if anyone knows if lobbies that have used floor and/or wall paneling over existing tile on the floor and walls. Trying to gather some creative cost effective ways to spruce up the place, but not sure what’s possible.

Also, any ideas if there is an average cost per square foot for lobby renovations? I’ve not been able to find much in my google searching.
