Do you have some wild sources nearby? Or did you plant some Ramps?

Don't you need the leaves to find them? You pick them when the leaves grow, but before the leaves get old. You are only supposed to cut out bulbs when a patch is really thick, since they can be decimated easily.

I have wild ones and a few I transplanted. I am really just curious, I assume the bulbs are always there so, unless flavor change, they could be harvested at any time?

The bulbs are so small as to be barely worth preparing if you don't also have the leaves.
