My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is actually hanging above your fireplace: is it a picture or a plasma television? If it is a TV, can you tell me how the cable and cords were ran for the tv installation so it is not exposed. thank you!

    In this photo, it is actually a picture over the mantle and the tv is to the right of the fireplace. However, in every fireplace job, we pre-wire a box about 1' above mantle height with power and cable for possible future tv placement.
