I like CertainTeed Weathered Wood, Pewter, and Pewterwood the best.

Such a classic looking home that almost all of your options look good, the 2nd and last look a little brownish on my screen, so I don’t love those. And darker colors absorb more heat but they certainly look nice

I would want a medium gray to charcoal roof with your house. Nice with white, black and the brick.

Thank you guys so much. I am concerned about the dark roof for the heat, but I was also concerned because the brick has brown in it. I was worried it was pulling more of the warm tones and was clashing with my black shutters. When I bought the house it had burgundy shutters/door and a brownish colored roof. However, since I painted it black, I was hoping it would pull more cool tones and mute the brown in the brick. I was kind of leaning towards a gray or charcoal roof to tie it all together.

Do you need a new roof?…and if you don’t like the brick color…why not paint or stain the brick?

I love option 2 and am officially jealous of everyone that isn't required to install a CoolRoof (thanks California!).

Julie, I know this is personal preference, but shingles with a lot of color variegation and/or texture going on can often look “speckled” and busy to me. It can pull my eye straight to the roof instead of everything being balanced.

Here are examples of homes with real cedar shakes which roof shingles attempt to duplicate.

Use them as a guide. I would get rid of the black on the shutters. Too harsh IMO.
