It looks as though you already have a vanity and other stuff in the room.

I have a hamper as part of my vanity cabinets at one end - it is essentially the height of the counter and the door tilts back at an angle. Very convenient.

All of my drawers and cabinets are fitted with rollouts and one of them which is by the actual "grooming station" is fitted out with holes that can hold brushes, dryers and other hair implements upright.

We need a floor plan. And it appears that you have already purchased and installed a vanity. I have a floor to ceiling “kitchen” pantry in my bathroom with pull out shelves. The top cabinet has two shelves for storage of toilet paper and towels, etc. The taller, bottom section has three pull out shelves in which I have arranged an assortment of toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. Something like this, in the same brand of cabinet as your vanity, might work for you.
