In general I think stucco looks best when it retains an earthy color per early 1900s arts and crafts bungalow colors - browns, beiges, terra cottas, greens, even the right golden beige would work. Or you could go off in a more mediterranean direction with more of a white, but more of an aged, limewashed kind of white. I like it - kinda quirky, but thats its charm I think!.

Yes, that is really yellow. :-) I agree with @Delete This, think earthy colors. You need to use a warm color since the roof is brown, so no gray and blue maybe - but it would have to be the right blue. Blue is also not a color you find very often (if at all) on this style of house. If you're not interested in changing the windows or garage door you will be better off not using white as then everything would be white. For exterior colors I like to start with the Ben Moore Historical colors collection. There are a lot of possibilities there.

Right. The roof also appears (on my monitor) to be reddish brown. That can make color choices challenging but some will work really well, such as in kandrewspa’s example.
