I would leave the LR window with the blinds just the say it is. The look is crisp and clean. For the slider I would choose vertical blinds in a similar color as the LR window and be done. you already have a lovely area!

I would do a bamboo blind on the window Top down/ Bottom up to handle the sun issue, and a grommet panel pushed to the left on the slider ... extend the rod a foot to the left to gather when not needed. will add softness.

It’s difficult to say, not knowing if you have a view or if you need privacy.

I would have a UVA film put on all the windows, it will bock a considerable amount of sun and heat. As for stle, try to keep fabrics similar for both the window and slider covering. If window film is installed a nice sheer fabric - maybe linen, would work for both and make it easier to enjoy breezes and entry to/from the slider. The sheer fabric would not be too heavy in appearance.

IMO solar shades to control the heat and UV rays on both windows they will allow you to keep the view and are a nice clean look I use them all the time for clients they work well are very affordble too. I get mine from Steves I use 10% and either charcoal or bronze color the darker the color the better the view

We have them on some of our sliders. You can get an opaque version for sun control or a room darkening version for bedrooms.

Would you consider Plantation shutters. I have them in my Florida home. I have three different types of windows and they were a to unify space.

The bedrooms have sliders like you have. You can slide them either way and they stack in front of behind each other.

I am not there so I found two pictures.

I am not sure if shutters could work for the other window. But you could get large slate white

woodenn blinds to coordinate.
