I think the natural is perfect in there. It's modern without being trendy. It looks good with the cabinet. And it's pretty.

now what is it you are calling a cabinet? I see the side of an appliance w blue tape. ? cabinets are dark brown so you'd go two shades lighter at least but ?where is the cabinet? the lighter one of your foursome for starters .....but the tint to red vs grayish vs brownish vs amber can make a difference. what is "tiny square above the two" ??

@herbflavor the dark brown around the dishwasher is the cabinet colors. Just got the side of it to show their color. The tiny square above the two is 1/2 early america & 1/2 rustic beige

It looks like red oak, stripped it looks pink. I'm not sure which is which, but you definitely do not want anything grayish and IMO one of the darker but warm colors as the cabinet finish looks like a warm brown. A darker stain will help to camouflage the pink in red oak. However, you want something noticeably lighter than the cabinets so it doesn't look like an attempt to match that missed.

Using Bona Red Out can give you additional more European Oak like options.
