Any chair recommendations ?

I think you are saying you have a tight budget. Of course, we don't know your budget. The suggestion was a direction for an idea.

If your budget is $250 for the kitchen table and chairs, that is probably about what you will get. Not bad, brings in lighter colors, which you need.

But I would choose something that is more of an off-white like your countertops.

yes Im aware of that, thank you. i appreciate all suggestions. We dont move in until July 1st and i do not have an up close photo of them.

IMO we need pics of the space and your stuff. Is this a rental or did you buy this apartment? To try to decorate a space from a pic of the kitchen and a floor plan that really is not helpful is too much to ask. Wait until you are in for any major purchases .

From the birdseye plan, there really arent any colors in the apartment except what you have shown in the kitchen.

Most complexes have the room measurements online.

My advice is, embrace the eclectic. Think comfort and practicality. Tie things together with accessories.
