Remove all the dead leaves. Tug on some of the branches as some may be ready to fall off. give it a good watering and slowly acclimate outdoors. This is what my Crosby’s Compact pretty much looks like each spring from an entire quarter of neglect. My jades are planted in regular soil and gets fertilized regularly. Photo is a jade which i have pulled from a clump last week and was given a vigorous shake to rid it of any detritus materials. Plants are all propagated by me. i make these each year to give to my neighbors.
