We do not have that much budget, so we are looking to change cabinets with black handles, paint wall white, add black lines to the backsplash we already have. We are not changing the granite as it is expensive. Please let me know if these changes will give us the look in the pic 1. Pic 2 is my kitchen. Our budget is $10-15k.

Your counters are the wrong colour to get the feeling of this inspiration picture. Maybe google pictures of kitchens with grey and white counters to find something that inspires you and that you can mimic and help transform your own kitchen.

Perhaps I'm confused, I thought you were keeping your cabinets. Are you also changing the colour and type of cabinets?

These two pictures are similar to yours with black hardware. They also have other touches of black with the top one having the lighting in black hardware and the bottom one has the towel rack in black hardware. You can have black accessories but look for examples in your kitchen.

Oh - you can ignore all my comments then as I thought you were keeping the cabinets. Sorry.

Are you getting new cabinets because yours are broken / showing signs of wear, or because you want a different look and a creamier color? If you are changing them because you want an updated look, I'd wait to do it until you can change the counter as well. It seems a shame to spend that much money on all new cabinets that you still have to keep bright white to match the counter.... unless you are ok with the color scheme you now have.

What happens if it breaks? Is you current layout perfect or have settled for anything? I would continue to save and change the top as well, quite possible the layout at a later date.

You can achieve a similar look if your budget is large enough.

I’m not sure you can change all that for $10-15K. I agree with M Miller.

You might consider doing new countertops if you're also replacing the cabinets. In the first picture the cabinets are cream, but the countertops you have are white, black and grey. You most likely cannot achieve the same look unless you go with countertops that have cream in them. Please take a moment to look at the two different kitchen designs posted. If keeping your current countertop then we might recommend doing white cabinets, if you are going to change them, then you could do the cream cabinets.
