Please help with layout ideas for new home office ♀️

Hello everyone! So we finally transformed the kids old play room to my new office space! Very exciting!!

It’s 13.5 x 21 feet.

I make jewelry for a living so I need a creative space, but also a space to relax while I work on orders and watch a good movie in the background πŸ˜….

Also need lots or shelving for jewelry supplies.

Would greatly appreciate any and all ideas to help steer me in the right direction here.
Thanks a million!

Thanks Patricia! The above photos are actually before and after pictures, the first one being the after.
Here is another photo of the other side of the room, after we redid it.
What we’ve done so far is ripped out the track lighting and replaced with very bright dimmable lighting as shown in photo, ripped out yucky carpet and replaced with the laminate shown, ripped out the blinds and repainted the walls and ceiling.
I’m thinking the best place for the tv is over the fireplace?
Also I love the idea of a work table.
As far as what else I’m looking for is really just a comfortable work space where I can see the tv and have easy access to my supplies. I like the idea of a rug under the work space too. I don’t use glue or anything but lots of beads, wire and a variety of claps.
Trying to figure out if a small sofa would work or a chaise lounger?
    Thanks again for the help!

I just checked out a few jewelry making studios on Pinterest. This U-shaped work space strikes me as very efficent, with task lighting right where you need it. Would you be watching movies on a TV or on a computer screen or ipad at your desk? If you want to get away from your desk while watching, then I would place the TV in a dark corner and add a very comfortable chair and ottoman, and perhaps a C-table for drinks and snacks.

You might consider looking at home office and home studio designs on here. Below we posted a few images that might help you figure out what you'd like to do in the space. You could choose to do built-ins for storage, for viewing a TV, and adding a sofa and desk area.

Good afternoon. I think you can look on Pinterest for layout ideas. By the way, have you thought about furniture yet? I've been loving transformer furniture lately. It is very convenient, saves space and looks very stylish

I would put your desk so that gorgeous wallpaper is behind you for Zoom meetings. If you don’t do those, then place the sides so you can see your beautiful flowers.

You have good long walls for bookcases/shelving units (and files) if you need them.

A tall desk lamp and a floor lamp can be in the mix. Once you have furniture it’s easier to make layout suggestions.

In addition, a good standing desk is essential for the office. Yes yes, exactly a standing desk as it is more beneficial for your health. It should be comfortable and spacious, because, in my opinion, there are a lot of office supplies in the office. In general, I am for minimalism, since your office is already quite diverse because of the wallpaper, then the furniture is better to take white or gray. It will be more comfortable to work in such an environment.
