My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Poloplaz Primero or Loba Supra AT

We had our white oak floors refinished last January due to a small area of water damage with Bona Traffic HD but the final finish failed (never hardened). The original floors were finished with an oil based poly. They held up beautifully for 12 years, even with dog traffic, but turned orange (they weren's stained before coating). The installer has never this happen and is redoing the floors now. He is no longer using Bona products and has recommended Poloplaz Primero or Loba Supra AT. He really wants to go with the Poloplaz bc theres no obvious reason for the failure and he feels the oil based product is more of a sure bet. Which product will be more durable and how much color change can i expect from the Poloplaz Primero? The floor color is fairly light and we don't want to end up with an ugly floor, lol.
