We've used the Superior Walls foundation system for the past 23 years. As I recall, we only had to modify two of them. A concrete saw is all you'll need to make the opening. You will need to consult with a design professional about the loads above the window opening to ensure they are adequately supported before making any modifications.

Agreed. "A concrete saw" is a bit akin (analogy being dramatic for illustration) like saying all a surgeon needs is a scalpel, but yes. The wall cut, framing, and load calculations must be done by a professional. If the interior space is finished, be prepared for some selective demo and mess a well.

The majority of the demolition work should be able to be performed from the exterior. The only interior demo might be to complete the cuts on the concrete studs.
