It looks like a Brazilian Walnut Ipe to me. I would need to know the width of the boards and see a close shot picture to tell prefinished or unfinished.

Why that "racing stripe" around the border? Since you are having demo and installation done anyway, I would change everything to one new consistent flooring, because that stripe doesn't look like a well thought out design.

Are you replacing these floors? Otherwise sand the floors in whole house down to bare wood and use the same stain throughout. It might tone down the different woods.
