depends on how close they are to each other.

raised panel doors are pretty common, the casual observer will not be bothered.

Nice that the cabinets and doors will be different colors.

Get simple square raised panel doors.

You don't need to replace your interior doors just because you're remodeling your kitchen. It's not uncommon to have six panel doors and a Shaker kitchen. The only exception to that would be if you have a pantry in your kitchen, or the door to the basement is in the kitchen, and they have a six panel door. That might look a little odd.

@kandrewspa I do have a pantry door that is 6 panel raised. I also have a door to the laundry room that is close by and ones that lead into the dining room. I'm wondering if chagning only those should be an option or if it would look odd for all interior doors not to match....

rather keep internal doors consistent than worry about matching unrelated door types...

I see no issue with kitchen cabinets not matching interior doors I do how ever think pantry doors should match cabinets since a pantry is a big cabinet. Even less of an issue since the cabinets will be a different colr too.
