That's pretty common for Aloes in pots in my experience. I get this when too little water or too much. This past winter weather did not help. Some will get dry tips no matter what I try, the one next to it is fine!

I fully agree with what Alain wrote, but to further expand, they're in pots, IIRC you're in a dryish environment, and many Aloes have the toasted-tip-look in their DNA (I personally like that, particularly when they're PIG'd - check out Aloe branddaaiensis in the pic, which is taken from the WWW). They look very healthy. You could expand your water-retaining soil materials' ratio in your mix to reduce this, along with less sun, but you'd be missing out on that summer colour.

Thank you both very much. I walked through a nursery today and noticed the aloes there have the brown tips too.
