Sunbrella Fabric Sofa in EZE Breeze Room?

Hello all,

We are getting ready to build an EZE Breeze sunroom on the back of our house. I am really having a hard time finding a comofrtable outdoor sofa. The room will not have HVAC - just the EZE Breeze windows. Are we able to put a regular interior sofa in the room with Sunbrella fabric? Thanks!
