Strawberry-rhubarb

For most of them I'd personally stick to single fruit so you can appreciate the flavours. Rhubarb strawberry is a classic, although I've never made it, since rhubarb is plentiful on my allotment and strawberries are not. They are also slightly out of synch seasonally. Rhubarb does go well with ginger.

triple berry is my favorite - blueberry, strawberry and raspberry. Yum!

One year I used up all the berries in the freezeer in one giant jam: blackberries, blue berries and red raspberries. It was OK but will not make again. My favorites are still one-fruit jam.

This year I put some Amaretto in the Aprium Jam and it is the best ever.

add some jalapenos to the apricot, the strawberry and the peach [seperately] and make jam.
